Why I chose the University of Minnesota Medical School

I chose the University of Minnesota Medical School Duluth Campus because I fit with the mission of the school very well. I want to work with underserved populations after residency. Specifically, my plan is to be a primary care physician at an IHS clinic. I also chose Duluth because of the small class size. I have already become so close with my classmates and they have made my transition into medical school much easier than expected!
