Why I chose the University of Minnesota Medical School

Mainly because of the people/environment here. They gave me a great feeling. I felt like this was an environment where I'd be encouraged to thrive & it has been. I've made some very close supportive friends and some great mentors I look up to. I also have family nearby and that was pretty nice to have. I am glad the stars aligned and I got to go here because it seems like the school and I are a pretty good match.
