Clarence Shannon, IV, MD, in the Department of Anesthesiology, will oversee a team of U of M researchers participating in a nationwide, multicenter study. “A Sequenced-Strategy for Improving Outcomes in People with Knee Osteoarthritis Pain,” or SKOAP, Consortium is funded by the National Institutes of Health and run by researchers at John Hopkins.
