Dr. Vignesh Williams Palaniappan is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Minnesota. He graduated from Creighton University School of Medicine and then completed his internal medicine training at the University of Minnesota followed by a year of chief residency at the Minneapolis VA. He currently practices adult hospital medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center where he works with both students and residents. His clinical interests include medical student and resident education and finding the most effective methods for teaching at the bedside and in the classroom. When he’s not working, you can find him hanging out with his daughter and wife, playing board games, backpacking, or eating a good meal in the twin cities.
