Dr. Wothe earned his Medical Degree and a Masters in Biochemistry at the University of Washington, then completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Iowa. His fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine included a project in ovine fetal cardiac physiology. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas physician leadership College. He practices at the Midwest Fetal Care Center and The Mother-Baby Centers.


Research Summary/Interests

Current research projects include racial disparities in the diagnosis of fetal cardiac defects, outcomes of rescue cerclage and angiogenic factors related to preeclampsia.
