MD, MD, University of Kentucky Medical School

Aimi is from Kentucky, approximately 20 minutes from Cincinnati, OH. She attended Miami University in Ohio for her undergraduate studies and then the University of Kentucky for medical school. She was attracted to the city of Minneapolis due to the perfect size, multitude of things to do, and the variety of food/breweries around the city. She does not have solid plans yet about what to pursue for fellowship, but definitely enjoying all that pathology has had to offer so far. Several things that she has enjoyed about Minnesota so far are the amazing dog parks around the area, the delicious foods and the food options, and the sheer number of things to do in ALL seasons (even in the cold, i.e. ice fishing). Lastly, she cannot help but mention that the fellow residents and the faculty are such great people to work with as well.
