Research Summary/Interests

Dr. Beisang's clinical and research interests surround developmental disorders of lung development. Specifically, he is interested in elucidating novel cellular and molecular pathways leading to altered lung development in the setting of premature birth. Clinically, he is interested in a broad range of pediatric lung disorders with a particular interest in chronic lung disease of prematurity and the tracheostomy and ventilator dependent population.
