Standard and Novel uses of Botulinum Neurotoxins (Botox® and Myobloc™) with an Emphasis on Treatment of Movement Disorders, Including: Focal, Segmental and Generalized Dystonias and Spasticity due to Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis and Spinal Cord Injury; Treatment of Painful Conditions Utilizing Botulinum Neurotoxins; Utilization of Intrathecal Baclofen Therapy for Rehabilitation Management for People with Spasticity and Dystonia
