Dr. Çamsari is board-certified in psychiatry, neuropsychiatry and behavioral neurology. She completed her medical education at Akdeniz University School of Medicine in Antalya, Turkey; and at the University of Milan School of Medicine in Milan, Italy. After her residency training in psychiatry at Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC; and at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science in Rochester, MN, she completed fellowship training in behavioral neurology and neuropsychiatry at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. Before coming to the U, Dr. Çamsari practiced psychiatry for five years throughout the Mayo Clinic system. In her new role, she will be working with the adult population, initially in inpatient settings. Her research will focus on understanding the neurological mechanisms of impaired decision making to help guide interventions, which can range from computer-based cognitive training to neuromodulation. Dr. Çamsari is a native of Turkey and is multilingual.

Dr. Çamsari's research will focus on understanding the neurological mechanisms of impaired decision making to help guide interventions, which can range from computer-based cognitive training to neuromodulation.
