Summary

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. I earned my PhD in clinical psychology at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY, and my BA in psychology at Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. I completed my predoctoral internship at NYU-Bellevue Hospital Center.

Prior to joining the department, I was an Assistant Professor at Albert Einstein Medical College/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY, leading a multidisciplinary outpatient team (OnTrackNY) serving teens and young adults with early psychosis.I was a clinical supervisor in the psychiatry residency and psychology internship training programs, and provided individual psychotherapy to medical students, residents, and other hospital staff.

My work at the University of Minnesota focuses on improving treatment for psychosis spectrum illnesses and is supported by the NIMH-funded EPINET (Early Psychosis Intervention Network) project. I provide support and training to the research team and will work with individual patients, groups, and families through the Riverside Clinic’s Strengths and St. Louis Park Clinics NAVIGATE programs.
