Sarah Hilbert is a Research Support Manager 1 at the University of Minnesota, providing regulatory expertise to investigators in the Departments of Surgery including the Schulze Diabetes Institute, Neurology, and Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology. Ms. Hilbert has over a decade of experience in regulatory affairs, including extensive knowledge of University policies, Good Clinical Practice, and related FDA regulations and guidelines. She holds a Master's Degree in Psychology, and is a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) through the Society of Clinical Research Associates. She assists with the preparation and submission of protocols, amendments, annual renewals, reports and correspondence to the FDA and local regulatory agencies. Sarah also works closely with her colleagues to provide guidance and assistance with regulatory issues, submissions and compliance.
