Department of Medicine Fall Faculty Recognition Reception 2024

Hosted by Department Chair Betsy Seaquist, MD, faculty members gathered inside the Campus Club for a recognition reception to celebrate the impacts and contributions by colleagues throughout 2024. 

The annual reception was held on Thursday, November 14 to celebrate and award fellow faculty in the areas of clinical care, education, research, diversity, equity and inclusion, and service and achievement.

The reception welcomes colleagues from Hennepin Healthcare, Minneapolis VA Medical Center, Regions Hospital, and University of Minnesota Medical Center. This year’s event included a social gathering, awards ceremony with faculty presenters from each affiliate hospital, and promotion updates from Vice Chair of the Office of Faculty Affairs and Development, Brian Sick, MD. Dr. Seaquist presented this year's DEI award and closing remarks.
