The Family Medicine Interest Group (FMIG) aims to represent students at the University of Minnesota Medical School Twin Cities Campus who are potentially interested in pursuing a career in family medicine and community health. We provide information related to family medicine and primary care to the members of the medical student body through speakers, discussion panels, interactive workshops, community service and volunteering, and mentorship with practicing family medicine physicians.
