Welcome to the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Highlights page, where we feature some of the amazing work happening in the department. While each program may focus on unique aspects of JEDI in our work tailored to the communities they serve, the impact is felt department-wide.
Our commitment extends through delivering exceptional care to our communities and shaping the future of family medicine by educating the next generation of practitioners. Every effort is integral to advancing Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and making a difference in the lives we touch.
Our Residency Program Locations
In the Department of Family Medicine and Community Health, our eight residency programs are spread out throughout the state of Minnesota: three are located in Greater Minnesota, and five are located in the Twin Cities. As a result, our residents and trainees receive exposure to a wide variety of communities as part of their training and JEDI work.
