$150,000 Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) Engagement Awarded to Dr. Rebekah Pratt and Her Somalian Community Partners

Rebekah Pratt, PhD, of PHDR, along with community partners Imam Sharif Mohamed and Mike Van Keulen of Open Path Resources, and Dar Al Hijrah Mosque initiated the study “Developing Methods of Engagement in Somali Immigrant Communities in the Era of COVID-19”  which was awarded the $150,000 Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) Engagement Award. This study will build sustained and effective engagement of Somali immigrant patients in relation to COVID-19 patient-centered outcome research (PCOR) and dissemination.
