AHC Research Seminar Series with Dr. Glenn Simmons, Jr.
Please join us for our first installment of the AHC Research Seminar Series for our fall 2020 season!
On Wednesday, September 9, Glenn E. Simmons, Jr., PhD, assistant professor of Biomedical Sciences on the U of M Medical School, Duluth Campus, will present his research findings, “HMGB1 and regulation of the immune response in lung cancer.” The Simmons Lab specializes in utilizing molecular biology and high throughput screening approaches to investigate fundamental questions about the biology of cancer cells in the pursuit of lessening the overall cancer burden.
This year, all of our lectures will be presented online via Zoom web conferencing.
