Dr. Erika Lee is a Distinguished McKnight University Professor, the Rudolph J. Vecoli Chair in Immigration History, and Director of the Immigration History Research Center at the UMN. Recently elected to the American Academy of Arts & Sciences, she is Vice President of the Organization of American Historians and the author of award-winning books including The Making of Asian America: A History and recently-published America for Americans: A History of Xenophobia in the United States. Full bio can be found here.
