Dr. Blaes Sits Down With WCCO to Talk Breast Cancer Recovery

In her chat with WCCO This Morning, Dr. Anne Blaes discusses her research that highlights the benefits of physical activity during breast cancer recovery. Her research found that those who perform moderate intensity workouts regularly showed 30-percent less reoccurrence of their breast cancer. Yoga and meditation were also found to reduce anxiety and depression in survivors.
