Workshop Goals

  • To expand on dialogue around race and systemic racism in medicine through the lens of empowerment and resilience.
  • To provide medical students, in particular, BIPOC and BIPOC allies, with sustainable tools of engagement around anti-racism.
  • To connect medical students with BIPOC and ally healthcare professionals to facilitate networking and mentorship opportunities

Audience

BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and/or a person of color) + BIPOC Ally Medical Students
