Empowerment & Resilience in Medicine: A workshop for BIPOC & Allies
Workshop Goals
- To expand on dialogue around race and systemic racism in medicine through the lens of empowerment and resilience.
- To provide medical students, in particular, BIPOC and BIPOC allies, with sustainable tools of engagement around anti-racism.
- To connect medical students with BIPOC and ally healthcare professionals to facilitate networking and mentorship opportunities
