Marco Pravetoni elected to the Board of Directors of The College on Problems of Drug Dependence

We are pleased to announce that Associate Professor Dr. Marco Pravetoni has been elected to the Board of Directors of The College on Problems of Drug Dependence (CPDD). Dr. Pravetoni will serve in this capacity for a 4-year term immediately following the Annual Scientific Meeting in June of 2020. Dr. Pravetoni and his colleagues in the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Minnesota Medical School are developing vaccines and antibody-based treatment strategies to counteract opioid use disorders and overdose. Election to the CPDD Board of Directors is an honor that reflects the scientific impact of Dr. Pravetoni's pioneering work and the recognition by his peers of his hard work and achievements over many years.
