Multi-Institutional P50 Center Funded to Address Cardiovascular Health Inequities

We are delighted to announce the newly funded research center, the Center for Chronic Disease Reduction and Equity Promotion Across Minnesota (C2DREAM). The Center is a multi-institutional P50 grant headed by Dr. Michele Allen (Director, Program in Health Disparities Research/UMN Medical School), Dr. Rachel Hardeman (Director, Center for Antiracism Research for Health Equity/UMN School of Public Health), and Dr. Christi Patten (Director, Community Engagement Program, Clinical and Translational Science Program, Mayo Clinic), and will address the impact of racism on cardiovascular health inequities.
