PM&R Chief Resident Dr. Amanda Day Awarded IPPS Patient Advocate Reporter Award

PM&R chief resident, Dr. Amanda Day, was awarded the International Pelvic Pain Society (IPPS) Patient Advocate Reporter Award. This award is in acknowledgment of her compassion and commitment to patients with pelvic pain.

IPPS aims to provide the highest standard of care for individuals across the gender spectrum who are living with chronic pelvic pain. The IPPS Patient Education Committee selects 2 Patient Advocate Reporters (PAR) each year.

The Patient Advocate Reporter informs patients with pelvic pain about the newest developments in diagnosis and treatment.
