UIC Presents: TriFoil Imaging - Significant advances in 3D pre-clinical optical imaging

As part of the University Imaging Centers ongoing remote support to our community, we have organized a webinar presented by TriFoil Imaging (www.trifoilimaging.com), who were originally to be an attendee at ImageFest 2020.

Title: Significant advances in 3D pre-clinical optical imaging
Date: Wednesday May 6th, 2020
Time:
12:00PM - 1:00PM CDT

Abstract: Using new architectures for optical imaging systems in concert with NIR fluorescent probes, we will see how imaging of targets deep within the mouse is now possible - in full 3-D and with resolution that is close to that delivered by conventional radio-nuclear modalities.  We will outline some of the novel avenues of research that have been explored by teams using these advances - including oncology, inflammation, virology, cardiology, neurology, bio-distribution and probe development itself.

Speakers: Wesley Moy, PhD; Austin Moy, PhD.  Hosted by Aaron McCormack, CEO of TriFoil Imaging
