Wellbeing and Resiliency for Health Professionals Workshop

Stress and burnout are widespread problems in healthcare professionals. In this workshop, participants will learn self-care strategies and develop them to improve well-being and resiliency. Skills learned will reduce the stress and burnout often experienced in healthcare professions. The strategies participants learn in this workshop will enhance the well-being of their teams and workplaces, and ultimately that of their patients.
