Karger receives an award at CAP24

LMP professor Amy Karger was one of three pathologists to win the 2024 CAP Laboratory Improvement Programs Service Award at CAP24, the annual meeting of the College of American Pathologists held this year in Las Vegas, Oct. 19-22.  

Other LMP faculty and students who participated included among others:

  • Oyedele Adeyi, who gave a workshop entitled: Your Liver Biopsy Report Is the Key to the Clinical Dialogue: Prepare to Play Your Role at the Table

  • PGY-4 resident Matt Paz who presented his poster, Jimena Gimenez and Jimmie Stewart pictured with their poster, PGY-3 resident Rayan Sibira with her poster, and PGY-3 resident Bashar Aldaraiseh with his poster.
