The assignments of the dates for the Divisions for the 2019 - 2020 year can be found here. Please note the gold color dates can not be changed or swapped. Assignments are also sent to each responsible faculty member six weeks prior to your scheduled Grand Rounds Lecture. Questions about this schedule can be directed to Debbie Dahl at firstname.lastname@example.org and Dr. Emily Borman-Shoap at email@example.com .
If you are the responsible division faculty and need to swap dates with another division or speaker, please contact the appropriate division directly and reference the list of 2019-2020 dates and divisions in the second tab of the schedule linked above. Once the swap has been confirmed, you must email the correspondence to Debbie Dahl at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each week an anonymous evaluation is sent to attendees to evaluate that week's session. If you are the responsible division faculty or a speaker and would like a summary of your evaluations, please email Debbie Dahl at email@example.com.
If you would like to suggest a topic for a Pediatric Grand Rounds session, please email Dr. Emily Borman-Shoap, Grand Rounds Chairman, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Suggestions from pharmaceutical companies and/or medical device manufacturers will not be considered.
The day of your presentation, please arrive at the Wilf Family Center, on the main floor of the South Building, University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital by 7:15 am for set-up. Please plan on presenting a 45-minute presentation from 7:30 - 8:15 am, then a 15-minute Q&A session from 8:15 - 8:30 am.
If you plan on driving to Grand Rounds, please park in the yellow or red parking ramp; your parking will be validated. For reference, here is a map of our campus.
You must provide a disclosure slide in your presentation. An example disclosure slide can be found here.
Please review the “Standards for Commercial Support” and the Health Information & Privacy Compliance information.
We recommend (but do not require) your PowerPoint slides be in 16:9 ratio format (M Health template here). Slides in 4:3 format will still work on the display.
We sincerely appreciate your willingness to speak for our Grand Rounds Program. Thank you!
