Dr. Alejandro receives NIH R03 grant

Dr. Emilyn Alejandro has received an NIH R03 grant for her project, "Role of placental nutrient-sensor protein mTOR on fetal programming of beta-cell dysfunction and susceptibility to type 2 diabetes."
