In-Person Transplant Conference

The weekly Transplant Conference will be held in-person in PWB 11-157 on Thursday, April 9, 2026, hosted by the Division of Transplantation in the Department of Surgery at the University of Minnesota. Devin Eckhoff, MD, will present his talk, "Coming Full Circle: Lessons Learned in Innovation, Mentorship, and Leadership in Transplantation."

Dr. Devin Eckhoff is the Peter Medawar Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School and Director of the Transplant Institute at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He trained at the University of Wisconsin under transplant pioneers Folkert Belzer, Hans Sollinger, and Munci Kalayoglu, an experience that shaped his lifelong commitment to advancing clinical care, surgical education, and research in transplantation.
