On Wednesday, November 13, Dr. Rajan Koju will give the Leo Fung Fellow Presentation, titled, "Working at a Tertiary Centre in Nepal." Dr. Koju is a registered general surgeon with the Nepal Medical Council and a lecturer in the Department of Surgery at Dhulikhel Hospital-Kathmandu University Hospital, located in Dhulikhel, Nepal. He is participating in a three month educational observership through the Leo C.T. Fung, M.D., International Pediatric Urology Scholars Program. This program allows physicians from outside the U.S. to participate in an extended, subspecialty observational education experience in minimally invasive surgery and other aspects of pediatric urologic surgery. It was established in honor of Dr. Leo C.T. Fung, the chief of Pediatric Urology who passed away in 2005.
