Bio
Dr. Logeais graduated with Honors with an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from Washington University in St. Louis. She received her medical degree from Georgetown University in Washington DC. She then went on to Yale University to complete her Internal Medicine residency training. She spent time abroad during her medical training in Uganda and South Africa. She currently practices at the Primary Care Clinic. Her clinical interests include medical education, health care disparities, chronic disease management and preventative medicine.

Summary
Dr. Macomber is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and is board certified in Internal Medicine. He earned a bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a doctorate in Organic Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts. He was a Chemistry Professor at Kansas State University from 1983 to 1986. He went on to complete both Medical School and Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Minnesota. After Residency he completed a fellowship in Clinical Pharmacology at the Mayo Clinic from 1999-2001. He has been practicing Internal Medicine at the Primary Care Center of the University of Minnesota since 2001.

Bio
Steven H. Miles is Professor Emeritus of Medicine and Bioethics. His medical career was in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. He is a former Maas Family Endowed Chair in Bioethics at the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis. He served as President of the American Society of Bioethics and Humanities and received its Distinguished Service and Lifetime Achievement Awards. Among his other awards are the National Council of Teachers of English George Orwell Award for Distinguished Contribution to Honesty and Clarity in Public Language, American Bar Association-Section of Individual Rights and Responsibilities, Human Rights Hero, and the Sullivan-Ballou Fund Award for Human Rights, the Shotwell Award for Lifetime Contributions to Medical Ethics.Dr. Miles has published thirty chapters and more than 200 medical articles on medical ethics, human rights, tropical medicine, end of life care, and medical torture. The Hippocratic Oath and the Ethics of Medicine (Oxford University Press, 2004) reviewed the meaning of the Hippocratic Oath. Oath Betrayed: America's Torture Doctors (University of California Press, 2006) examined military medicine in the war on terror prisons. The Torture Doctors: Human Rights Crimes and the Road to Justice (Georgetown University Press, 2020) reviews physician complicity with torture on an international scale. He has extensive international experience including global work with refugees and work on behalf of victims of torture. He currently serves on the board of the Minnesota ACLU Foundation, the editorial board of Torture Journal (Denmark) and is a Master Gardener.Bio
Ana Núñez, MD, FACP is a Professor of General Internal Medicine and Vice Dean for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the University of Minnesota. She received her Doctorate in Medicine from Hahnemann University and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Wilkes University. She has fellowships in medical education from Michigan State University and health services research from the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC). She is nationally recognized as a medical education and health services researcher, having developed novel curricula in the areas of sex and gender medicine, primary care, trauma/violence prevention and cultural competence.

Summary
Brooke Palmer is a licensed clinical health psychologist. She earned her PhD in Health Psychology at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. She engages in clinical work in outpatient and inpatient settings often focusing on supporting patients' emotional wellbeing who are living with acute or chronic health conditions. She has targeted training in working with patients living with disorders of gut-brain interaction and chronic digestive issues. Her research interests include women’s health, binge eating, integrated psychological consultation models in healthcare settings, interprofessional health education and practice, and psychogastroenterology. She has engaged in undergraduate education in general and health psychology as well as supporting graduate psychology learners and interprofessional learners.

Summary
Dr. Ratner received his undergraduate degree from Carleton College. Medical school and residency training in Internal Medicine were at University of Chicago and affiliate hospitals. Post-residency training in Geriatric Medicine has included the Harvard's Geriatric Education Center, the Home Medicine Program at Boston University, and the University of Minnesota's Internal Medicine Geriatric Fellowship. His clinical practice currently focuses on care in the home, on behalf of the Spinal Cord Injury and Disorders Program of the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. He serves on the Graduate faculty in three programs: Bioethics, Gerontology and Health Informatics. Research and teaching interests include bioethics, home care, interprofessional education, end of life care, and ALS. His current projects include an AHRQ funded study of decision aids in advance care planning, development of a statewide POLST form and creation of service learning opportunities for medical and other graduate students.

Dr. Rogers is an Assistant Professor in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics with an appointment in the Applied Clinical Research Program. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. After finishing her residency training at the Harvard Brigham and Women's Hospital/Boston Children's Hospital program, she completed the Primary Care Research Fellowship at UCSF. Her interests include socioeconomic and ethnicity-based disparities and chronic disease risk, supporting patients in prevention and management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, health coaching and peer education, implementation science, and community-engaged research.

Dr. Tseganesh Selameab (pronouns she/her) is a wife and mother of three amazing girls who practices internal medicine, public health in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her clinical work is in both Ramsey County tuberculosis clinic and in the Ramsey county jail. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School and completed her Internal Medicine residency (Primary Care Track) at Boston Medical Center. Her career has focused on serving refugee and immigrant populations as well as the urban underserved through clinical practice and community-based advocacy.

Brian Sick, MD is a Professor and academic leader at the University of Minnesota where he completed a dual residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
