Compensation & Benefits:

Who we are: We are a family owned funeral home and crematory. We are proud of our family ownership and will provide a wholesome and dedicated work environment.

Where we are: We are located on the shores of the Mississippi River serving the Buffalo County, WI and S.E. Minnesota areas. We have four locations, Mondovi, Alma and Cochrane, WI. Being located in a rural setting, there is an abundance of outdoor activities to be found in every season. We are located only a half hour from Winona, MN~1 hour from La Crosse and Rochester, MN. From our Mondovi location you are only 20 minutes from Eau Claire, WI which offers a litany of shopping or dining possibilities.

Requirements & Qualifications:  

The ideal candidate will be able to obtain both a WI and MN Funeral Director's license and have a valid and clean driving record. The proper candidate will be responsible for all aspects of funeral service. Responsibilities will include removals, embalming, funeral arrangements, conducting funeral/memorial services and have great organizational skills to make this all come together and the desire to become part of the communities that we serve.

Compensation & Benefits:

A starting salary of $63,000 to $65,000 depending on experience. We have night call bonuses of $100.00 per call (9:00 PM to 8:00 PM), large and rent free living quarters, Health insurance and retirement. Favorable on call schedule and weekly schedule. If we aren't busy and the work is done, then you take time to recharge yourself.

We will be offering a signed contract to purchase the funeral homes within 2 years of dedicated service.
