In partnership with Africa and Middle East Congress on Addiction (AMECA), the Duluth Global Health Research Institute (DGHRI) presents its monthly seminar series. The March webinar focuses on the topic of, “Stress and Resilience in the Face of COVID-19, Results from a Global Study,” presented by faculty member, Dr. Mustafa al’Absi with Dr. Arwa Ben Salaof the University of Monastir, Tunisia. 

The webinar provides insight on the impacts of COVID-19 on global mental health and substance use problems. The information stems from Dr. al’Absi’s novel analysis, revealing the behavioral and socioeconomic dynamics of how people have adjusted during the pandemic. This virtual seminar is free and open for everyone to participate in.
