Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Awards Grant to Drs. Cormier, Scott, and Hunter for colon cancer research

Drs. Robert Cormier, Associate Professor, and Patricia Scott, Assistant Professor, are both enthusiastic about colon cancer research at the Medical School, Duluth Campus. They are the recipients of a grant from the Cystic Fibrosis  Foundation to study "The pathogenic role of Fusobacterium nucleatum in cystic fibrosis-associated colorectal cancer" that starts November 2022 through the end of October 2023. They are principal investigators with Dr. Ryan Hunter, Associate Professor in Microbiology, at the Medical School, Twin Cities campus. Congratulations!
