Events
CGE Journal Club
The Center for Genome Engineering provides twice-monthly discussions via zoom on the latest journal articles in Genome Engineering. As we work to educate the next generation of genetic engineers, these journal clubs help our researchers keep up with current findings, exercise their critical thinking skills, and improve their presentation and debate abilities.
All conversations are recorded and can be accessed.
You may join the conversation by requesting Zoom access from: [email protected]
CGE Seminars
The Center for Genome Engineering hosts a twice-monthly seminar series. These seminars are held on Thursdays from 3:00-4:00 at the Cancer and Cardiovascular Research Building (CCRB) on the Minneapolis campus. We offer the seminars via zoom, but they are not recorded.
These are closed events for Member PIs and their labs. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.
Community Outreach
Although our member labs comprise a variety of different areas, the Center for Genome Engineering is funded in part by the University of Minnesota Medical School. We partner with the Masonic Cancer Center Community Outreach Engagement to connect and educate community members on the topics of Genome Engineering. Learn more about upcoming events.
