There are several membership categories available ranging from active collaborations and research services to periodic updates. Explore our LHS membership opportunities below.

Member

Members have an interest in learning health system activities. Members receive periodic updates and are invited to center events, seminars, and other programming, as well as research consultation services.

Affiliate Member

Affiliate Members have an active research portfolio pertaining to LHS and related fields. Affiliate Members receive updates, may opt into events and activities periodically, or utilize CLHSS resources. Affiliate Members may be actively involved in CLHSS through research or learning health system education activities, but on a limited or temporary basis. 

Responsibilities of membership:

  • Work with other members of CLHSS to develop and participate in research and education.
  • Promote awareness of CLHSS expertise and services and potential LHS research collaboration with other networks.
  • Acknowledge CLHSS in LHS-related and/or CLHSS resource-supported publications and presentations. Participate in LHS seminars, conferences, and other activities including opportunities to engage in research activities.

Core Member

Core members have an active LHS-related research portfolio and are appointed by CLHSS directors to serve as expertise champions and may have a portion of their FTE supported by CLHSS. 

Responsibilities of membership:

  • Collaborate on CLHSS strategic objectives and guide the priorities of the center including expanding research capacity.
  • Advocate for and promote awareness of CLHSS expertise and services and potential collaborations with other networks.
  • Work with other members of CLHSS to develop and participate in research and education.
  • Acknowledge CLHSS in LHS-related and/or CLHSS resource-supported publications and presentations.
  • Participate in weekly CLHSS portfolio meetings, periodic strategy sessions, LHS seminars, conferences and other activities.
  • Participate in fundraising activities.
