Expand all

This interactive workshop is designed for individuals with an evidence-based practice they'd like to develop into a rigorous Implementation Science (IS) study.

Led by nationally recognized experts in IS — Drs. Amy Kilbourne (University of Michigan), Princess Ackland (Minneapolis VA), and Debbie Pestka (University of Minnesota) — this workshop offers an engaging environment to refine your ideas and gain practical strategies for advancing your work.

Participants will actively contribute by sharing their project ideas, providing and receiving feedback, and learning from the experiences of others. Whether you're just beginning to explore IS or looking to strengthen your existing approach, you'll leave with greater clarity, new connections, and next steps for your project.

Who Should Attend:
This workshop is ideal for clinicians, researchers, and healthcare professionals who are currently working with an evidence-based practice and are ready to explore how to study its implementation in real-world settings.

Join us for a half-day workshop designed to bring members of the MN EHR Consortium and partners together to advance our shared mission to improve health by informing policy and practice through data-driven collaboration. This interactive morning will focus on strengthening collaborations and exploring innovative uses of our common data model. Participants will engage in focused discussions, planning, and other activities to shape the Consortium’s partnerships and direction for the coming year.

Who Should Attend:
This workshop is for partners and members of the MN EHR Consortium.

This year's conference was in collaboration with the MN EHR Consortium, a partnership between health systems and public health agencies working to provide comprehensive data to inform the real-time, changing needs of decision makers.

In addition to sponsoring this event, the Consortium hosted a breakout discussion at the conference discussing their work. The following day, MN EHR Consortium members were invited to attend a half-day workshop that will shape the Consortium’s partnerships and direction for the coming year.

This year's conference proudly partnered with Fairview, a health system nationally recognized with the Foster G. McGaw Prize for its unwavering dedication to improving the health and wellbeing of our local communities. This honor reflects Fairview’s deep-rooted commitment to community-centered care, made possible through the strength of its trusted local partnerships.
