death, dying, hope, and healing. She is an international speaker known for translating complex
emotional experiences into meaningful and accessible teachings across palliative care, hospice,
oncology, and grief.

compassionate presence and skill at the bedside. She has held several board positions and
recently was appointed Vice Chair for the Masonic Cancer Center, Cancer Philanthropic Board.
Deeply committed to shaping the future of clinical care, Kelly works with both emerging and
seasoned medical professionals, as well as funeral directors. She focuses on the art of difficult
conversations while guiding providers toward greater attention to their own mental well-being
and self-care.
At the heart of Kelly’s work is a profound respect for those she has served. She often reflects
that her greatest teachers have been her patients, both at the bedside and in her office, who
have shown her, through their vulnerability and courage, what matters most in life.
