Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship
The Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology Fellowship provides advanced, multidisciplinary training for physicians seeking subspecialty expertise in the perioperative care of patients undergoing cardiothoracic procedures. Through a rigorous clinical and academic curriculum, fellows develop advanced medical knowledge, technical proficiency, and leadership skills under the guidance of dedicated faculty committed to excellence, innovation, and compassionate care.
Critical Care Medicine Anesthesiology Fellowship
The Critical Care Medicine Anesthesiology Fellowship offers comprehensive, multidisciplinary training in the management of critically ill patients across surgical, cardiovascular, neurologic, and medical intensive care units. Fellows develop advanced clinical judgment, procedural expertise, and communication skills while training alongside experienced critical care teams in a collaborative academic setting.
Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship
The Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship provides comprehensive one-year training focused on the safe, compassionate, and expert anesthetic care of patients from the neonatal period through adolescence. The curriculum is grounded in ACGME core competencies and emphasizes excellence in patient care, medical knowledge, professionalism, and lifelong learning.
Regional Anesthesia & Acute Pain Fellowship
The Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Fellowship offers advanced, hands-on training in regional anesthesia, acute pain management, and ambulatory anesthetic care. Fellows gain extensive experience with ultrasound-guided and nerve-stimulator techniques, lead multidisciplinary acute pain rounds, and participate in scholarly and educational activities that prepare them to become leaders in regional anesthesia practice.
Pain Medicine Fellowship
The Pain Medicine Fellowship is co-sponsored by the Department of Anesthesiology and the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. This multidisciplinary program provides advanced training in the evaluation and management of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. Fellows develop clinical expertise while participating in a robust didactic curriculum and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Surgical Critical Care Fellowship
The Surgical Critical Care Fellowship is offered in partnership with the Department of Surgery and provides comprehensive training in the care of critically ill surgical patients. The program combines high-acuity clinical experiences with opportunities for scholarly activity, allowing fellows to apply emerging advances in critical care medicine within a collaborative academic environment.
