Michael Wall, MD, FASA, FCCM, is the JJ Buckley Professor and Chairman of the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He also serves as Senior Vice President and physician leader for the M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center.
