The Resident Leadership Academy provides training for residents to broaden their leadership skills as they move towards their professional goals.
Misson Statement
Fostering principles of teamwork and collaboration to drive mutual accountability within the Medical School and across departments and disciplines. Facilitating the recruitment of physicians capable of becoming highly effective organizational leaders in the Medical School.
Eligibility
The Resident Leadership Academy participants are nominated through a selection process.

Resident and Fellow Forum (WhatsApp Group)
Residents and fellows are invited to join the WhatsApp group. In collaboration with the GMEC representatives, the WhatsApp Group is used to facilitate connection, gather valuable feedback, and spark new initiatives. This group is exclusively for residents and fellows and will replace the virtual meeting.
The GMEC representatives will monitor the WhatsApp group to help address any concerns that arise and collaborate with the Office of Graduate Medical Education (OGME) to decide whether these issues should be handled at the program level, escalated to OGME, or brought to the GMEC for discussion.

Transfusion App: AgileMD
AgileMD is a web and mobile application that gives clinicians direct access to guidelines, protocols, and scoring tools. To access transfusion guidelines via this app, follow these instructions:

- Download the AgileMD app:

- Log in using the account you created in step 1
- Open the Library tab
- In the F-N section, find Guidelines for Transfusion Therapy
