Originally from Southern California, Dr. Presley grew up raising animals on his family’s farm and working at his family’s business. He completed his undergraduate studies at Southern Utah University before attending Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine where he graduated with honors in Global Medicine and as a member of Gold Humanism Honor Society. He continued his training in dermatology at the Lehigh Valley Health Network/Jefferson Health residency program in Eastern Pennsylvania. His residency provided additional training at Penn State and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) from national experts in pediatric dermatology. Dr. Presley participates regularly in academic research with over 50 peer-reviewed journal publications. His current research interests are in skin cancer prevention, treatment, and the role of artificial intelligence in Dermatology.
Dr. Presley’s care philosophy has two branches of thought: Prevention and Treatment. On the first branch, he emphasizes the prevention of skin cancer and skin disease which plagues many patients. On the second branch, he visualizes treatment as a team effort. He gets to know his patients, discusses what dermatological disease entails, and maps out the best treatment option together.
