Minnesota Cancer Clinical Trials Network Opens Next Grant Program Cycle
The Minnesota Cancer Clinical Trials Network (MNCCTN) recently opened its 2024-25 Grant Program. These new funding opportunities further MNCCTN’s aim of improving cancer outcomes for all Minnesotans through greater access to cancer clinical trials.
The MNCCTN Grant Program is intended to:
- Develop cancer-focused research that addresses the unique cancer burden of Minnesotans
- Develop the capacity of sites that are engaged in providing research opportunities for their patients
- Encourage community-driven research and develop sustainable collaborations between community-based organizations and academic researchers
- Expand the culture of research across the state of Minnesota
For this cycle, multiple award categories are available, with varying numbers of awards in each:
- Community Site Awards, Versions A & B: up to 2 available, $125,000 in funding per award
- Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ) Award: up to 1 available, $125,000 in funding
- Discovery and Planning Grant: up to 2 available, $15,000 in funding per award
MNCCTN is holding Zoom information sessions about the Grant Program at the following times:

- Monday, January 8, 2024 at Noon
