Pediatric Neuromuscular Clinic

The Pediatric Neuromuscular Clinic is a MDA designated MDA Care Center that is dedicated to providing comprehensive, coordinated care for infants, children, and adolescents with muscular dystrophy, including:

  • Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT)
  • Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP)
  • Congenital muscular dystrophy (CMD)
  • Congenital myasthenic syndrome
  • Congenital myopathy
  • Duchenne/Becker muscular dystrophy (DMD and BMD)
  • Emery-Dreifuss muscular dystrophy (EDMD)
  • Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD)
  • Guillain-Barré syndrome
  • Limb-girdle muscular dystrophy (LGMD)
  • Myasthenia gravis
  • Myotonic dystrophy
  • Periodic paralysis
  • Pompe disease
  • Spinal muscular atrophy (SMA)
  • Delayed motor development
  • Gait difficulties
  • Hypotonia in infancy
