Krystal supports a range of health services research studies of the Center for Learning Health System Sciences (CLHSS). She is responsible for the management of assigned research projects and interfaces and coordinates work with IT, clinical, and academic stakeholders. She works closely with faculty and staff from project intake and project kick-off through project execution and completion by establishing scope, work plans and timelines, managing resources, assessing risk, building contingency plans, and resolving issues.
