Dr. Binstadt grew up in MN and trained at HAEMR in Boston, followed by a fellowship in Education and Research in Medical Simulation at Harvard Medical School and a MPH at Harvard School of Public Health. She developed one of the first curricula using Simulation for EM resident education. She loves teaching residents and medical students, and she is passionate about taking great care of patients. Her interests within medicine include Medical Ethics, Wilderness Medicine, Women in Medicine, and issues of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion.
