What attracted you to the U of M for residency? For me, there are several considerations. I was looking to return home following about 10 years away, this program was ideal for that reason. But more importantly, when I completed rotations here as a visiting student, I felt completely welcomed into the department. Those months were fantastic experiences, I learned a lot, and I got to know some of the faculty and residents (who were – and are – lovely people).
If you weren’t a physician, what would you do? If we took science and medicine completely off the table, I would be a pilot.
What do you love most about Minnesota? The people, hands down.
