What are your medical/professional interests?
Gynecologic pathology, Cytopathology, Gastrointestinal pathology, Digital pathology, and the application of Artificial Intelligence in pathology.
What attracted you to the U of M for residency?
The excellent pathology training, diverse and challenging cases, strong mentorship, and opportunities for research and innovation, particularly in digital pathology and AI.
If you weren’t a physician, what would you do?
I would probably pursue something creative involving technology, design, or the arts.
If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Milan, Italy — one of the fashion capitals of the world.
What are your hobbies, or favorite things to do outside of work?
Going to the gym, watching movies, reading, spending time with dogs, exploring new places, and trying new restaurants.
What do you like the most about Minnesota?
The beautiful lakes, changing seasons, outdoor spaces, and welcoming community.
