June Sigman has joined LMP as a community pathologist. She will be practicing at M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital.

Sigman comes to LMP from LMC Pathology Services in Las Vegas. She graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois with a degree in biology and department honors in neurobiology and physiology, then received her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison.

Sigman completed a four-year anatomic and clinical pathology residency at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center in Salt Lake City, during which she received the CP Resident of the Year Award. She then completed a surgical pathology fellowship, followed by a cytopathology fellowship, both at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City.

Sigman held many key positions in hospitals and laboratories in the Las Vegas area. She worked with LMC Pathology Services for more than 20 years and was twice voted a top doctor in her field by Vegas Seven magazine. She is a member of many professional medical organizations including the American Medical Association (AMA) and the College of American Pathologists (CAP). Sigman is board certified in cytopathology and anatomic and clinical pathology.
