LMP associate professor Danni LI is lead author of "Plasma phospholipid very-long-chain SFAs in midlife and 20-year cognitive change in the Atherosclerosis Risk in Communities (ARIC): a cohort study" recently published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.  Research data from more than 3,000 ARIC study participants over 20 years showed that saturated fats can lower change of cognitive function over time.  See full story here.
