Upcoming Office Closure

The administrative office of the Adoption Medicine Clinic will be closed May 25, 2026, in observance of the University of Minnesota holiday. The [email protected] email will not be monitored during this time. Preadoption Medical Reviews may be accepted upon request during this time at the holiday rate. We will provide the physician contact here closer to this date should you have questions about Preadoption Medical Reviews during this time.

Pre Adoption Medical Reviews | Expedited Review Service Paused for July 02 - July 10, 2026

Due to a conference; there will be no expedited review service available for July 02, 2026 through July 10, 2026 (07/02/2026 - 07/10/2026). Three (3) business-day review service will remain active during this time. Those who submit for an expedited return during this time will be contacted to arrange for a refund/pro-rated refund.

Preadoption Questions

For general information about preadoption consultation and preadoption medical review services contact us by email for the fastest response at [email protected]. You are also welcome to call our administrative offices at 612-624-1164. If we are not able to take your call, we encourage you to leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).

Please note that our office will be closed New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

If you would like to fax records to the Adoption Medicine Clinic at Voyager Clinic for your upcoming visit, please fax records to 612-365-8001.

Medical Records and Finance Questions:

To obtain medical records after your visit, including copies of immunization records and lab results, please contact our Medical Records Department.

For billing and insurance questions for the Discovery Clinic contact the Bill Pay and Financial Services department.
