Upcoming Office Closure

The administrative office of the Adoption Medicine Clinic will be closed Thursday, November 26 through Friday, November 27, 2026, in observance of the University of Minnesota holiday. The [email protected] email will not be monitored during this time. Preadoption Medical Reviews may be accepted upon request during this time at the holiday rate. We will provide the on-call contact here closer to this date should you have questions about Preadoption Medical Reviews during this time.

Service Pauses or Disruptions

Due to international professional development; our Review service is being modified from June 06, 2027 through June 14, 2027. During this period, all "Expedited" service offerings require manual approval from our office before they will be processed. Payments made without prior approval may be refunded or pro-rated for refund.

Preadoption Questions

For general information about preadoption consultation and preadoption medical review services contact us by email for the fastest response at [email protected]. You are also welcome to call our administrative offices at 612-624-1164. If we are not able to take your call, we encourage you to leave a voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).

Please note that our office will be closed New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Medical Records and Finance Questions:

To obtain medical records after your visit, including copies of immunization records and lab results, please contact our Medical Records Department.
